Enables the rapid implementation of security and audit logging to existing databases without the need for development or data conversion.

Integrity Manager uses existing databases and tools so no specialist or developer skills are needed. The process of securing and logging an existing database can be completed within one hour.

How It Works - Two Easy Steps
  1. Select the database to be secured.
  2. Run Integrity Analyzer (generally takes less than 2 minutes)
  3. Assign users to work groups.
  4. Assign permissions to forms and functions (point and click).
  5. Select forms, functions, tables, fields to be logged (point and click).
  6. Select "Secure".

The target database is now ready to test.

Results
  • Users can only gain access to forms and functions in which they've been authorized.
  • Unauthorized users cannot gain access.
  • Users can still define and use update queries, but where selected, changes are written to an audit log.
  • The use of any form or function, where selected, is written to an audit log.
  • All changes, where selected, are written to an audit log as they happen.
  • Audit log contains the selected history of:
    1. Log on/off
    2. Forms used
    3. Functions performed
    4. Changes made to the database schema
    5. Coding changes
    6. Query changes
    7. Data Changes
